To make sure your Earth Day Market Ride miles count towards your BCC total, simply click the Date field in the Log a Ride box, choose April 22 from the calendar, and enter the miles you rode that day. Do this before May 20, as you can only log rides 30 days in the past.

The Earth Day Market Ride, Saturday, April 22 (EARTH DAY) is the Kick-Off event for the 36th Annual Bicycle Community Challenge, and a great way to celebrate Earth Day (plus, your rides this day will count toward your Bicycle Community Challenge total in May). See all the details below!

Meet neighbors, enjoy a Saturday bike ride to town, and support our local growers, makers and bakers at the Olympia Farmers Market!

Rides start in several different neighborhood locations TBA. Stay tuned here for updates and ride starting points and times. The neighborhood rides will converge downtown at the Heritage Park Fountain at around 10:45 to 10:55 a.m.. We’ll have free one-dollar Market Tokens to share, plus free coffee from Dancing Goats Coffee, treats from San Francisco St Bakery, juices, gluten free treats, and free stickers for all! At 11:00 am, we'll have a cheer, a prize drawing and a group photo. Then we'll ride to the Olympia Farmers Market, where you can catch some great live music, and enjoy the food and shopping! Bring your bike bags!

Helmet and leader-provided Liability Waiver required, rules of the road observed, and we ride rain or shine!
