Submitted by Duncan Green

The Earth Day Market Ride on the morning of Saturday, April 23 is the Kick-Off event for the 35th Annual Bicycle Community Challenge, and a great way to celebrate Earth Day.

Meet neighbors and enjoy a Saturday bike ride to town! Rides start in several different neighborhood locations listed on the Event Page. Stay tuned here for updates or new ride starting points and times. The neighborhood rides will converge downtown at the Heritage Park Fountain at around 10:45 to 10:55.  We’ll have free one-dollar Market Tokens to share, plus free coffee from Dancing Goats Coffee, treats from San Francisco St Bakery, juices and free stickers for all!  At 11:00 am, we'll have a cheer, a prize drawing and a (physically distanced) group photo. Then we'll ride to the Olympia Farmers Market, where you can catch some great live music, and enjoy the food and shopping- check the Event Page for a starting point near you, and bring your bike bags!
