Each year, BCC Team Captains recruit new members for their team and help organize and inform their existing teammates. Walk N Roll knows this takes some effort, so we have developed a collection of resources just for the hardworking Team Captains out there! Use the offerings on this page to get inspired and get your team members stoked for this year's challenge.

Print this year's poster and pin it on your favorite bulletin boards!
Postcard
Captains are encouraged to print these postcards and hand them out at their workplace, school, or a community gathering.
Team Email
Communicate to your team members by email before the challenge begins. You are welcome to use the language linked above and can even incorporate this year's theme with the email header below. Send out messages periodically throughout the month of May to keep your team engaged and consider sending out a celebratory email in June with your team's final results.
Organize Team Events and Incentives.
BCC teams are encouraged to host events or arrange additional incentives for their team members! Some popular ideas are team t-shirts or other gear, lunch rides, morning coffee meet-ups, workplace prize drawings, photo scavenger hunts, or art contests. If your team has something fun planned, let us know or send us a picture at bcc@intercitytransit.com. We love to stay in the know and celebrate the community's creativity!
